I like Chocolate Fudge Brownie. We put it in between 2 chocolate chip cookies to make an ice cream sandwich.

Cherry Garcia I have a recipe for Peanut Butter Ice Cream. 1/2 pint heavy cream (double) 1/2 pint light cream (single) 2 oz. sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Place cream, sugar and peanut butter in a small/medium saucepan and heat gently. Stir all the time while heating. when smooth turn off heat and leave to cool. add vanilla. Put in ice cream freezer. freeze.
